Shrimp salad

For one serving:
Iceberg lettuce 100 gr
Shrimp 5-6 pcs
Cherry tomatoes 4-5 pcs
Bread 25 gr
Parmesan cheese 10 gr
Vegetable oil 5 g
For the sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Boiled water 2 tbsp
1 clove garlic
Parmesan cheese 5 gr
Salt pepper

Preparation:
Fry the shrimp in oil and fry the bread cubes in the same oil. Place iceberg on a plate, add cherry tomatoes, prepared shrimp and croutons. Pour over the sauce (I accidentally didn’t write this down)
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, water, grated garlic and grated cheese.
Sprinkle the finished salad with cheese and eat it quickly!
